Education and training
A development plan is set up for every Aardwark employee, which is reviewed on a biannual basis with the assigned coach.
Aardwark employees can choose together with their coach on the courses, certificates and training activities they are interested in.
We also organise regular educational workshops and seminars. As an IBM partner, we have exclusive access to training materials. The Aardwark Academy is organised during selected semesters throughout the year on selected topics (e.g. full-stack development, DevOps, etc.).
